Application

      Toroidal or rectangular air gap cores are mainly used in manufacturing of hall-effect current sensors, current transducers, inductors, which are widely used in various controllers, especially battery control system of electric vehicles, automations control, motor control and other associated industries.

      Min. Gap: 0.5 mm.

Main processes:

      Slitting -> Winding -> Annealing -> Impregnation -> Cutting –> Polishing if necessary

Optional finishes:

      - Epoxy coating;

      - Black paint.

      - Toroidal air gap core: 20k pcs/day;

      - Rectangular air gap core: 10k pcs/day;
